Who are you?
We are looking for a sous chef who can support the chef to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. Monitoring quality and culinary standards is an essential part of your role as sous. You are professional, responsible and have a positive attitude. You work neatly and efficiently and are keen on adhering to HACCP guidelines. In addition, you have relevant experience and hold an SVH diploma. You are available at least 3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
